I am a diversely-trained writer, working constantly to improve myself professionally and I encourage a good challenge.
Currently, I develop and implement strategic communications plans for the Lymphoma Research Foundation, including digital and traditional outreach efforts and oversee LRF’s Ambassador and Diplomat Programs consisting of 40 patients, survivors and caregivers, and utilize stories to raise awareness of and advance LRF’s mission.
While building my own web-based lifestyle magazine, EXUDE, I’ve managed to make great connections with fashion and beauty vendors, manage a staff of 12 writers, editors and photographers and ensure up-to-the-minute coverage on my website.
I have covered many shows during New York Fashion Week including, Betsey Johnson, Nautica, Perry Ellis, Ports 1961, Custo Barcelona, and much more. Every season since September 2008, I have covered New York Fashion Week, and have been accredited through the Mercedes-Benz Accreditation Committee.

I have a history of working in social media for nearly a decade, and have taken countless webinars and seminars on the subject of social media. For my current employer, I oversee the management and maintenance of LRF’s mobile app, websites, social media and eCommunications, and develop strategic digital communications plans to increase the foundation’s viral reach.

First taken on as a hobby, I learned web design via various seminars and webinars, and from experience. I have a learned skill of Adobe Photoshop, allowing me to render/edit photos, and create custom images. With a history working with an array of content management systems, like WordPress, Drupal, and Blogger, I am able to create custom web pages specific to my clients’ needs.
